HOW TO USE

  2. Set your session — Use the LED controls to select your wavelength mode and set your timer. Start with 10–20 minutes.
  3. Get in — Lie inside the pod in comfortable clothing or directly against the panels for maximum penetration.

Is the GloPod Lite safe to use at home?
Yes. The GloPod Lite is Health Canada authorized and FDA cleared. It uses non-thermal light wavelengths with no UV — safe for regular home or clinic use.

How is the Lite different from the GloPod Max?
The Lite is lighter (5.8kg vs 8.95kg), uses a single AC plug, and has 1,800 LEDs. The Max offers higher LED density at 2,240 LEDs and a leather exterior for easy wipe-down in clinical settings. Both deliver the same 660nm + 850nm wavelengths.

How soon will I notice results?
Most users notice improved recovery and reduced soreness within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Sleep and energy improvements are often reported within the first few sessions.
