Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Shipping Across Canada

We ship from Alberta, Canada to all provinces and territories.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural addresses may require a few extra days or costs for delivery.

Free standard Canadian shipping. Excludes select remote locations.
Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
