Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping within Canada & the United States

We ship from Alberta, Canada.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 4–8 business days

Delivery times vary depending on location.

Remote or rural addresses may require additional time.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States for a limited time.

Oversized items may ship separately or have different shipping rates, which will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
