Shipping policy

At Red Glo Labs, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships
• Custom or pre-order items include estimated delivery timelines on the product page

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
• We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within most of Canada
• A flat shipping fee of $15 CAD applies to orders under $150
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas (as defined by the carrier) may incur additional shipping fees. We’ll contact you before processing if this applies
• Estimated delivery times vary based on products and availability. 
• Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee

3. Local Pickup 
We do not currently offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via tracked courier.

4. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

5. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select U.S. addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@redglolabs.com within 7 days
• Include your order number and photos if applicable
• We’ll help file a claim and work with you to resolve the issue

7. Delivery Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Red Glo Labs is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
