How to use

Step 1 — Position
Mount GloCore™ on the included hanging hardware or door hook at the appropriate height for the area you're treating. For half-body sessions, position it 6–12 inches from your body.

Step 2 — Select Your Wavelengths
Use the touchscreen or Bluetooth app to select the wavelengths relevant to your session goal. Targeting skin? Focus on the red spectrum. Recovery? Add NIR. Deep tissue? Include 1060nm.

Step 3 — Set Pulse, Brightness & Timer
Dial in your pulse frequency, brightness level, and session timer. New to GloCore? Start at 50% brightness, pulse off, 10–15 minutes, and build from there.

Step 4 — Treat & Rest
Stand, sit, or lie comfortably in front of the panel for your session. The device switches off automatically when your timer ends.

How often: 5–7 sessions per week for best results. Daily use is safe and encouraged for ongoing wellness maintenance.

Pro tip: Combine wavelength groups strategically — run the red spectrum for the first 10 minutes targeting skin, then switch to NIR for another 10 minutes for deeper recovery in the same session.
The Science

Why Nine Wavelengths Changes Everything.

Most red light panels use two wavelengths — typically 660nm and 850nm. These are excellent and clinically well-studied. But the human body responds to a much broader spectrum of light, and different wavelengths do fundamentally different things at different depths.

GloCore™ covers the full therapeutic spectrum in a single panel:

Visible wavelengths (480nm–670nm) work at the skin's surface and upper dermis — targeting collagen production, bacteria, redness, circulation, and tone.

Near-infrared wavelengths (810nm–850nm) penetrate 2–3 inches into tissue — reaching muscle, fascia, and joint structures where inflammation, pain, and recovery happen.

Do I need to use all nine wavelengths every session?
No — and that's the point. The individual control lets you run targeted sessions based on your goal. Skin day? Use the red spectrum. Recovery day? Add NIR. Experimenting with deep tissue? Include 1060nm. Every session can be different.

What does pulse frequency actually do?
Pulsing light delivers rhythmic bursts rather than continuous output. Different frequencies trigger different cellular responses — lower frequencies are associated with relaxation and pain relief, while higher frequencies are more stimulating. The 1–10,000Hz range in GloCore™ is one of the widest available in any consumer panel.

How far should I stand from the panel?
6–12 inches is the recommended range for most sessions. Closer distances deliver higher irradiance for deeper penetration. Further distances cover a broader area with lower intensity. Start at 12 inches and move closer as you get comfortable.
