Getting started takes less than 60 seconds.

Step 1 — Place
Set GloSpark™ on your desk or nightstand, 6–12 inches from the area you're treating. No goggles required for body use — for direct facial sessions, close your eyes or use the included eye protection.

Step 2 — Select Your Mode
Choose the preset that matches your goal for today. Skin care? Joint pain? Sleep? Just tap and go.

Step 3 — Press Start & Rest
Your session runs for 10–20 minutes depending on the mode. Read, breathe, or simply be still. GloSpark™ switches off automatically when your session is done.

I didn't start Red Glo Labs to be another faceless tech company. I started it because I was tired of red light devices that were either too weak to deliver results or didn't meet clinical standards.
