Step 3 — Set & Relax
Select your brightness level and timer. Lie back, sit comfortably, or recline and let the device work. It switches off automatically when your session ends.

Step 4 — Follow With Skincare
Apply your neck serum or moisturizer immediately after — your skin will absorb it more effectively right after a light therapy session.
