Step 1 — Install
Choose your setup — door mount hook for quick installation, hanging cables or pulley system for adjustable height, or wall mount for a permanent space. Compatible with rolling base and fixed studio stands for full adjustability.

Step 2 — Connect & Power On
Connect the power cable and switch on GloRise™. Use the touchscreen, wireless remote, or Bluetooth app to access controls.

Step 3 — Select Your Protocol
Choose a preset mode for instant optimized settings, or go manual to select individual wavelengths, pulse frequency, brightness, and timer. New to GloRise? Start with Universal mode at 70% brightness for 15 minutes at 12 inches distance.

Step 4 — Position & Treat
Stand, sit, or lie 6–12 inches from the panel. Treat the front of your body for your session time, then rotate to treat the back. Use protective eyewear throughout.

How often: 5–7 sessions per week. Start with 15 minutes and build up to 20–30 minutes as your body adapts. Daily use is safe and encouraged for ongoing wellness maintenance.

Pro tip: Morning sessions support energy and circulation. Evening sessions — especially Sleep mode — support recovery and deeper rest.

How does GloRise™ compare to GloHorizon™?
Both are full-body panels with the same wavelength spectrum and preset modes. GloHorizon™ is larger (74.4" tall, 1,152 LEDs, 1,400W) for maximum coverage and clinical-grade output. GloRise™ is more compact (60.2" tall, 720 LEDs, 1,200W) — serious full-body performance in a more studio-friendly size. If space is a consideration, GloRise™ is the right choice. If you want maximum power and coverage, GloHorizon™ is the upgrade.

How far should I stand from the panel?
6–12 inches is the recommended range. Start at 12 inches and move closer as your body adapts. Closer distances deliver higher irradiance for deeper penetration.

Do I need to treat front and back separately?
Yes — GloRise™ treats the side of your body facing the panel. Most users do 10–15 minutes facing forward, then rotate for another 10–15 minutes. A compatible stand makes repositioning much easier.

Is a stand included?
No — stands are sold separately. GloRise™ comes with door mount hardware, hanging cables, and a pulley system. Compatible stand options include a rolling base, fixed studio stand, and wall mount system.

Is it safe for daily use?
Yes — red and near-infrared light therapy is non-invasive and safe for daily use at the recommended distances and session lengths.
