How to use

Step 1 — Install
Choose your installation method — door hook for quick setup, hanging cables or pulley system for adjustable height, or wall mount for a permanent installation. The setup takes 10–15 minutes and requires no special tools.

Step 2 — Connect & Power On
Connect the power cable and switch on the panel. Use the touchscreen, wireless remote, or mobile app to access controls.

Step 3 — Select Your Protocol
Choose which wavelengths to activate, set your pulse frequency, brightness level, and timer. New to GloHorizon? Start with all wavelengths at 70% brightness, pulse off, 15 minutes, at 12 inches distance.

Step 4 — Position & Treat
Stand, sit, or lie 6–12 inches from the panel. Treat the front of your body for your session time, then rotate to treat the back if desired. Use protective eyewear throughout.

Step 5 — Build Your Routine
Start with 5–7 sessions per week of 15–20 minutes. Most users move to daily sessions once they experience the results. Morning sessions support energy and circulation. Evening sessions support recovery and sleep.

GloCore™ is a mid-size half-body panel ideal for targeted treatments, home use, and professional settings. GloHorizon™ is a full-body panel — significantly larger, more powerful, and designed for complete body coverage in a single session. GloHorizon™ is for users who want the most comprehensive light therapy setup available.

How far should I stand from the panel?
6–12 inches is the recommended range. Closer distances deliver higher irradiance for deeper penetration. Start at 12 inches and move closer as your body adapts.

Do I need to treat front and back separately?
Yes — like all panels, GloHorizon™ treats the side of your body facing it. Most users do 10–15 minutes facing the panel, then turn around for another 10–15 minutes. The optional floor stand makes repositioning easier.

What installation option is easiest?
The door hook is the simplest — no drilling, no hardware, setup in under a minute. The hanging cable and pulley system offer more height adjustability. Wall mount is ideal for permanent installation in a dedicated wellness space.

Is the floor stand included?
No — the floor stand is sold separately and is optional. The panel comes with four mounting options that suit most spaces without additional accessories.
