GloFlex Red Light Therapy Belt

1. Overview

The GloFlex delivers therapeutic red and near-infrared light to help muscles recover, improve circulation, and reduce joint stiffness.
It’s safe, non-invasive, and designed for consistent home or professional use.


2. What’s Included

  • GloFlex wrap

  • Controller with timer and intensity buttons

  • Power adapter

  • Carry pouch


3. Setup

  1. Plug the power adapter into the controller.

  2. Connect the controller to the belt.

  3. Wrap the GloFlex around the desired area—back, shoulders, abdomen, knees, etc.

  4. Press the power button.

  5. Select your light mode:

    • Red (630–660 nm) for skin and surface tissue.

    • Near-Infrared (850 nm) for deeper muscle and joint recovery.

    • Both for full-spectrum benefits.

  6. Choose session time (10–20 minutes recommended).

  7. Sit back, relax, and let the light do the work.

    Tips:

    • Keep the wrap close to the skin, not tight.

    • Use on bare or thin clothing.

    Pre-Teens (≈ 11–12 Years)

    Notes:

    • Begin at roughly 75 % of adult time.

    • Watch for heat, skin redness, or fatigue.

    • Do not use if the child has epilepsy, photosensitivity, or open wounds.

    5. Safety & Care

    • Never look directly at the lights.

    • Avoid use over the eyes, thyroid, or active cancer sites.

    • Do not use while pregnant unless approved by a clinician.

    • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to clean.

    • Do not submerge in water.

    • Store in a cool, dry place.


    6. Troubleshooting

    Usage
